Social Current’s CEO SPARK Exchange invites fellow chief executives to this upcoming facilitated discussion. It will discuss how we can work collectively to make progress toward goals that are important to us, our organizations, and our communities.
Among the most pressing issues for CEOs right now are the need to build coalitions and effectively collaborate across sectors, pay staff fair and decent wages, and drive change in funding rules and systems. Each one of us has stories to tell of local or national efforts and what resulted—be it a fabulous success or a total flop. Given our own stories and experiences is the opportunity to connect deeply, share our greatest triumphs, and benefit from our lessons learned. The CEO SPARK Exchange provides the space for safe, honest, and vulnerable conversations where we can learn from one another, be supported, and gain the strength to carry on another day.
