This
course will address why there is such a low percentage of people of color in
top leadership roles by referencing results published in the Building Movement
Project’s report Race to Lead: Confronting the Nonprofit Racial leadership Gap.
The problem is not that people of color aren’t willing and able to be leaders;
rather, it is that those governing nonprofit organizations are not finding or
hiring them. Learn how you can seize this opportunity to align values on equity
and inclusion with organizational practices and stay relevant in a changing
world.
